Service Description

- Daily 3pm to 4pm - Donation based Sound Healing therapy with Tibetan bowls, also known as singing bowls, uses sounds and vibrations to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Originating from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, these bowls produce resonant tones when struck or rubbed with a mallet, creating frequencies that help balance the body's energy, reduce stress, and relieve tension. The sound vibrations penetrate deeply into the body, promoting deep relaxation, enhancing meditation, and restoring inner harmony. This practice is becoming increasingly popular in alternative therapies due to its calming and regenerative effects. Mahendra, the son of the village shaman leader, inherited deep ancestral knowledge of the art of Sound Healing from his father. As a monk and initiate in various sacred mantras, he possesses a profound understanding of these spiritual practices. Mahendra is able to guide you to a state of balance and harmony by combining the frequency of the sacred mantras with the vibration of Tibetan singing bowls. His mastery of this technique offers a unique healing experience, connecting body, mind, and spirit through transcendent sounds and energies. Contact us for more information or to schedule an appointment. +977 986-0560395 We offer this therapy in two ways: in private sessions for those seeking a more personalized experience, or daily in a group setting, where participation is open as a donation
